Ibstock PLC - Leicestershire, England-based building products supplier - Appoints Group Financial Controller Simon Bedford as Interim Chief Financial Officer following Chris McLeish’s decision to step down as finance chief, announced back in April. McLeish is leaving the company on Friday next week, and is set to take up the CFO position at Hill & Smith PLC. Bedford joined Ibstock in 2020, following 19 years at Rolls-Royce Holdings PLC where he held ‘a number of senior finance roles.’

Ibstock says Bedford will assume the interim role until the process to appoint a permanent successor has been concluded.
