JD Sports Fashion PLC - Manchester, England-based sportswear retailer - Brings Sarah Kuijlaars to its board as an independent non-executive director, effective immediately. She is the chief financial officer of Tate & Lyle PLC, a FTSE 250-listed London-based supplier of food and beverage products. She served as CFO of De Beers Group and Arcadis NV in the past. Kuijlaars will replace Ian Dyson as chair of JD Sports’s Audit & Risk Committee on June 1, 2026 after a handover period.
