Jubilee Metals Group PLC - London-based metal processing company with projects in South Africa and Zambia - Tracey Kerr will retire as a non-executive director from June 30. Says Kerr was recently appointed senior independent director for Hochschild Mining PLC. ‘This new responsibility will require increased attention from Ms Kerr, and as such she will be stepping down from her role at Jubilee,’ it adds. Kerr joined the board in July 2022.
