IN BRIEF: Kavango Resources CEO exits, chair steps in as interim CEO

Kavango Resources PLC - London-based, South Africa-focused metals explorer and gold producer - Chief Executive Ben Turney steps down from role, and as a director, effective immediately. Says Executive Chair Peter Bee steps in as interim CEO while the search for a new chief executive is underway. Notes that Non-Executive Director Donald McAlister will assume the role of chief financial officer on an interim basis, with Gautam Dala to chair the Audit Committee.
