Land Securities Group PLC - London-based commercial property developer - Chief Executive Mark Allan sells 53,273 shares at £7.06, worth £375,942, on Tuesday. Allan also Tuesday exercises options for 268,531 shares and sells 126,463 of these at the same price of £7.06, worth £892,701, to cover the resulting tax liability. Chief Financial Officer Vanessa Simms exercises options for 164,474 shares, also on Tuesday, and sells 77,458 of them at £7.06, worth £546,775, to cover tax. Allan now has 724,723 shares worth £5.1 million and Simms has 407,194 worth £2.9 million.
