Life Science REIT PLC - real estate investment trust for UK properties leased to tenants in the life science sector - Hires Robert Naylor to be senior independent director, starting on Wednesday. Naylor replaces Richard Howell as senior director, but Howell will remain a non-executive director. Naylor previously was chair of both Hipgnosis Songs Fund Ltd and peer Round Hill Music Royalty Fund Ltd. He currently is chair of Aquila European Renewables PLC and is a non-executive director of PRS REIT PLC, Niox Group PLC and Renalytix PLC. As an executive, Naylor is lead fund manager for Achilles Investment Co Ltd. He previously worked at JP Morgan Asset Management, Panmure Gordon and Cenkos Securities.

Current stock price: 39.30 pence, up 0.8% in London on Wednesday
