Tharisa PLC - Cyprus-headquartered platinum miner - Says Chief Finance Officer Michael Jones will retire, with effect from July 31. Jones became the CFO in January 2013. Notes that it will commence the process to find a suitable replacement, evaluating both internal and external candidates. ‘Michael will assist the group during the process and provide support to ensure a seamless handover of responsibilities,’ Tharisa says.
