MAC Alpha Ltd - London-listed acquisition vehicle - Appoints Avril Palmer-Baunack as chair, effective immediately. Notes Palmer-Baunack’s experience in executive and non-executive roles in the automotive, support services and engineering and insurance services sectors. Says he will work with the board to progress the company’s investment objectives in seeking platform acquisition opportunities. ‘We are delighted to be working with Avril again, and look forward to further developing acquisition opportunities together,’ says James Corsellis, director of the company and chief investment officer at Marwyn Investment Management LLP.
