Magnum Ice Cream Co NV - Amsterdam-based ice cream company spun off from Unilever PLC and owner of Magnum, Ben & Jerry’s and Cornetto brands - Chief Financial Officer Abhijit Bhattacharya buys 10,046 shares at an average price of €13.57 each on Thursday, for a total of €136,314. This follows purchases of around €2.6 million in shares by Magnum directors this week and last week.

Current stock price: 1,1225.88 pence, up 2.5% on Friday afternoon in London; up 3.1% at €14.11 in Amsterdam

12-month range: up 9.2% in London and 8.8% in Amsterdam since IPO in December
