Magnum Ice Cream Co NV - Amsterdam-based ice cream company spun off from Unilever PLC and owner of Magnum, Ben & Jerry’s and Cornetto brands - Chief Financial Officer Abhijit Bhattacharya buys 4,998 shares at an average price of €13.50 each on Tuesday, for a total of €67,473. This follows purchases of around €2.7 million in shares by Magnum directors in the last few weeks.

Current stock price: 1,177.50 pence, up 0.3% on Tuesday afternoon in London; up 0.3% at €13.48 in Amsterdam

12-month range: up 4.9% in London and 3.9% in Amsterdam since IPO in December
