Chief Corporate Affairs & Sustainability Officer Victoria McKenzie-Gould buys 1,812 shares at €13.90, worth €25,186.80, or $29,330.07 in total. This follows a Reuters report last month that several private equity firms have entered the early stages of considering possible bids for Magnum. Analysts at JPMorgan have said the process would not be straightforward, with tax considerations limiting near-term potential for a takeover.
