Magnum Ice Cream Co NV - Amsterdam-based ice cream company spun off from Unilever PLC and owner of Magnum, Ben & Jerry’s and Cornetto brands - Chief Financial Officer Abhijit Bhattacharya buys 22,000 shares at €13.82 each on Monday for a total of €304,040. Bhattacharya buys a further 10,000 shares for €13.85 each on Tuesday for €138,500. Chief Supply Chain Officer Sandeep Desai buys 8,296 shares for €12.05 each on Tuesday, a total of €99,990. This follows the earlier purchase of around €1.5 million in shares by Magnum directors last week.

Current stock price: 1,194.50 pence, down 1.0% on Tuesday afternoon in London; down 1.7% at €13.65 in Amsterdam

12-month range: up 6.4% in London and 5.3% in Amsterdam since IPO in December
