Marshalls PLC - Yorkshire, England-based maker of hard landscaping products such as paving stones - Promotes Non-Executive Director Diana Houghton to senior independent director, succeeding Graham Prothero after the Marshalls annual general meeting in 2026. Prothero will leave the board after serving for nine years, while Houghton steps up having joined in 2023. Marshalls also hires Paul Inman as a non-executive director, starting September 15. Inman is the former chief financial officer of Yorkshire Water, having previously worked at BAE Systems PLC and Rolls-Royce Holdings PLC.
