ITM Power PLC - Sheffield, England-based designer and manufacturer of electrolyser systems for green hydrogen production - Non-Executive Director Warren East buys 172,000 shares at £1.15, worth £197,484, on Monday. They are his only shares. East was CEO of jet engine and power turbine maker Rolls-Royce Holdings PLC from 2015 to 2022, prior to which he was CEO of semiconductor designer ARM Holdings PLC. He joined the ITM Power board back in October.

Current stock price: 135.29 pence, up 2.7% in London on Wednesday

12-month change: up 70%
