Volex PLC - Hampshire, England-based maker of power and data transmission products - Dave Webster, the newly installed non-executive chair of Volex, buys 113,096 shares at average 408.34 pence, worth £461,816, on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. They are Webster’s first shares. He was brought in last month amid a leadership shake-up that saw Nat Rothschild move to chief executive from executive chair.

Current stock price: 407.50p, closed up 1.5% in London on Thursday
