Polar Capital Holdings PLC - London-based specialist fund manager - Chief Investment Officer Alexander Black sells 12,000 shares at 476.50 pence each for a total £57,180 on Tuesday.

Funds managed by the company focus on financials, technology and healthcare. Polar Capital Holdings says total assets under management rose 8% in the first quarter to reach £23.16 billion at June 30.

Current share price: 472.50 pence, down 0.4% on Thursday morning in London
