Quilter PLC - London-based wealth manager - Chooses Andrew Ross as non-executive director, with effect from January 1, 2026. Says Ross’s appointment forms part of its ‘ongoing board succession planning’. Ross joined the board of Witan Investment Trust PLC in 2019 and became its chair in 2020, serving in this role until its merger with Alliance Trust PLC in 2024. He is the deputy chair of the merged entity, Alliance Witan PLC, and he will step down from that role before to joining the Quilter board. Ross is also a non-executive director of Polar Capital Holdings PLC and Cadogan Settled Estates Ltd.
