IN BRIEF: Rentokil Initial's incoming CEO buys 16,000 shares

Rentokil Initial PLC - Crawley, England-based pest control specialist - Chief Executive Officer Designate Mike Duffy, and Laura Duffy, a person closely associated with him, buy 16,000 American depository shares at $30.96 each for $495,334 in total on Monday in New York. Each ADS is equivalent to five ordinary Rentokil shares. Duffy joined Rentokil on February 16 and is due to succeed outgoing CEO Andy Ransom on Monday next week.

Also on Monday in New York, Non-Executive Director Samuel Mitchell buys 3,225 ADS at the same price for $99,845, through the Samuel J Mitchell, Jr Revocable Trust.

Current stock price: 460.30 pence, up 0.9% on Wednesday in London
