South32 Ltd - Perth, Australia-based diversified mining company - Names Sinead Kaufman as non-executive director, with effect from April 1. Until October 2025, Kaufman served as chief executive officer of minerals at Rio Tinto PLC. She held managing director roles within Rio Tinto, including across its copper operations in North America and coal operations in Australia. ‘Sinead is an accomplished senior executive with a strong operational background and track record in leading complex operations,’ South32 Chair Karen Wood says.
