IN BRIEF: Rosebank execs buy GBP450,000 in shares as joins FTSE 250

Rosebank Industries PLC - London-based industrial company investor - Chief Executive Simon Peckham buys 109,737 shares at £3.19, worth £349,973, on Friday last week. Chief Operating Officer Liam Butterworth buys 31,074 shares at £3.21, worth £99,748, also on Friday. Peckham now has 2.8 million shares, about a 0.3% stake, and Butterworth has 637,135. Rosebank joined the FTSE 250 index on Monday last week, having completed its acquisition of ASP CPM Holdings Inc and move to the London Main Market in May.

Current stock price: 330.00 pence, up 2.2% in London on Monday
