Johnson Service Group PLC - Cheshire, England-based textile services provider - Says Ryan Govender has replaced Yvonne Monaghan as chief financial officer and executive director, as planned. Monaghan remains at the company until February 2028 to oversee the transition, and remains available for support thereafter, the company says. As of Tuesday, Govender has left his CFO role at Treatt PLC.
