Ryanair Holdings PLC - Dublin-based budget airline - Chief Executive Officer Michael O’Leary sells 1.0 million shares at €24.50, worth €24.5 million, on Wednesday. He sold 846,726 shares at the start of June. Ryanair doesn’t say how may shares O’Leary retains. The Ryanair annual report for 2024 said O’Leary held 44.1 million shares at the time, so about a 4% stake.
