Shaftesbury Capital PLC - real estate investment trust investing in commercial properties in the London West End - Executive Director Michelle McGrath will leave Shaftesbury at the end of the year ‘to pursue other opportunities’. Shaftesbury Capital was formed in 2023 from the merger of Capital & Counties Properties PLC and Shaftesbury PLC. McGrath, who had joined Capco in 2014, was put in charge of the combined Covent Garden portfolio of the two firms. Shaftesbury doesn’t say if or how McGrath will be replaced but says there will be ‘an orderly transition of her responsibilities’.
