Shell PLC - London-based oil major - Chief Financial Officer Sinead Gorman sells 30,000 shares at £33.69, worth £1.0 million, and Chief Legal Officer Philippa Bounds sells 8,000 shares at £33.80, worth £270,400, both in London on Friday last week. Shell on Thursday released its second-quarter earnings, saying pretax profit multiplied to USD15.75 billion from USD5.98 billion a year earlier, thanks to higher oil and gas prices.
