Worldwide Healthcare Trust PLC - London-based investor in healthcare companies - Says it has been notified by OrbiMed Capital LLC that Lead Portfolio Manager Sven Borho has decided to step down as manager to Worldwide Healthcare. Trevor Polischuk moves to the role of lead portfolio manager from co-portfolio manager, while OrbiMed General Partner Geoff Hsu becomes co-portfolio manager. These changes are effective immediately, WWH says. Also, Borho intends to step down as a WWH director "in due course".

WWH notes that Hsu joined OrbiMed in 2002, and "has been a portfolio manager since 2005". He "helps lead the public equity team's biotech and emerging markets efforts," it notes.
