Shuka Minerals PLC - Africa-focused mine operator and developer - Chief Executive Officer Richard Lloyd raises stake after converting all of the loan amounting to £100,000 into 2.5 million new shares at 4 pence each. Shuka has granted Lloyd warrants to subscribe for an aggregate of 2.5 million new shares at an exercise price of 8p apiece. The warrants are exercisable on or before 20 July 2029. Following admission, Lloyd is beneficially interested in 5.4 million shares in the company, representing around 3.1% of its issued share capital. Shuka's market capitalisation is just below £6 million.
