Smarter Web Co PLC -Bristol, England-based web design and development and online marketing services provider with bitcoin treasury policy -Promotes Oliver Hewett to chief financial officer from financial controller. Hewett joined Smarter Web in April, having worked at Barclays Capital, Bank of America Merrill Lynch and NatWest Markets. He won’t join the company board but will report to Chief Executive Officer Andrew Webley. Hewett replaces Albert Soleiman, who resigned in March.
