Primary Health Properties PLC - London-based healthcare facility investor - Appoints Jonathan Davies as a non-executive director from Monday. Davies was until recently chief financial officer of SSP Group PLC, where he continues to serve as deputy chief executive officer until the end of this month. From June 2018, he was a member of the Assura PLC board. Assura is now part of PHP following a takeover in September this year. The PHP board now comprises eight directors, with an enlarged majority of independent non-executive Directors.
