Strix Group PLC - Isle of Man-based supplier of kettle safety controls and other devices for water heating and temperature control, steam management, and water filtration - Confirms that a competitive refinancing process will be formally initiated in the coming weeks to provide cost effective and flexible funding to support the medium-term investment-driven growth aspirations. In addition, names Rachel Pallett as Chief Commercial Officer with effect from Thursday. Pallet has been part of the senior management team since 2023.
