Synectics PLC - Sheffield, England-based provider of advanced security and surveillance systems - Appoints Paul Williams as chief financial officer from August 26. Williams joins from CloudCall, a software and unified communications business quoted on London’s AIM market until January 2022, where he has held the role of CFO for 12 years. Before that, he was CFO for the Middle East and India subsidiaries of Columbus AS, a Denmark-based IT software provider. Synectics Chief Executive Officer & current CFO says: ‘Paul joins the business at an exciting period in our development, as we seek to drive improved internal efficiency and enhance our capabilities and scalability.’

Current stock price: 317.00 pence, down 1.7% on Thursday afternoon in London
