Tandem Group PLC - Birmingham, England-based designer, developer, distributor and retailer of sports, leisure and mobility equipment - Says Jonathan Crookall has decided to immediately step down from his role as chair and revert to the role of non-executive director. Tandem appoints Mark Taylor as interim non-executive chair and will now start a process to identify and appoint a permanent independent non-executive chair.
