Tandem Group PLC - Birmingham, England-based designer, developer, distributor and retailer of sports, leisure and mobility equipment - Promotes Non-Executive Director Simon Bragg to non-executive chair with immediate effect. Also immediately, Interim Non-Executive Chair Mark Taylor resumes his role as a non-executive director. And former chair Jonathan Crookall, who reverted to the role of non-executive director last month, has stepped down from Tandem's board.

Tandem says it has commenced the search for an additional independent non-executive director, and will make a further announcement "in due course".

Current stock price: 190.00 pence, up 1.6% on Monday afternoon in London
