EXECUTIVE CHANGES: Mind Gym's Black steps back, citing health

The following is a round-up of London-listed company director and manager changes announced last week and not separately reported by Alliance News:

----------

Afentra PLC - Africa-focused oil and gas explorer and producer with interests onshore and offshore Angola - Chief Financial Officer Anastasia Deulina says she will resign from her role, citing personal reasons, on February 3, 2027. She will remain in her role and as member of the board until that day to ensure an orderly handover.

----------

DP Poland PLC - operates Domino's Pizza restaurants across Poland and Croatia - Confirms that Lukasz Ostrowski has started his role as chief executive officer. CEO Ostrowski says on August 3: "I'm delighted to be joining DPP today, a business with such strong operational foundations to build from. Throughout my career, I've focused on scaling multi-site consumer businesses and strengthening their digital and e-commerce capabilities, and I'm looking forward to applying that experience here. I'm joining a team with deep Domino's knowledge already in place, and look forward to working with them as we scale the platform and drive the group's next phase of growth."

----------

Hargreaves Services PLC - Durham, England-based provider of services for environmental, infrastructure and property sectors - Confirms that Simon Hicks has started his role as CEO, succeeding Gordon Banham, who stepped down on July 31. Hargreaves Services says Banham "maintains his connection with Hargreaves as he assumes his new role of managing the group's investment in its German joint venture and overseeing the development of the zinc recycling plant."

----------

Jersey Electricity PLC - Jersey-based electricity importer, generator and distributor - Appoints Paul Savery as chair, effective from March 11, 2027. He joined the board in December. Outgoing Chair Phil Austin says: "Since joining the board, Paul has contributed positively to its work and to the company's governance arrangements. His appointment reflects the board's commitment to orderly succession planning and continuity of leadership."

----------

Malvern International PLC - education services provider - Confirms that Dan Fisher has stepped down as executive director as the company works on a smooth handover with new Chief Financial Officer Daniel Chaffer. Fisher will continue to support the company in a non-board capacity until August 18 to assist with the completion of the transition. In June, Malvern International had announced that Fisher would depart in September.

----------

Mind Gym PLC - London-based personal and business coaching service - Announces that on August 3, Octavius Black stepped down from his role as executive chair and from the board due to ill health. Black co-founded Mind Gym in 2000 alongside Sebastian Bailey. The firm announces that David Nelson will chair the company on an interim basis, with the board conducting a process to appoint a new chair in due course. Black remains one of the firm's largest shareholders and has confirmed his continuing commitment to Mind Gym as a long-term shareholder.

----------

ProCook Group PLC - Gloucester-based direct-to-consumer kitchenware brand - CFO Dan Walden intends to step down from his role as CFO and from the board, and will remain in his existing role until at least summer 2027 until a suitable replacement is found. After that, Walden will remain with the company in an advisory capacity. CEO Lee Tappenden says: "Dan has been a great partner to me and has played a critical role in devising and executing across the group's strategic priorities. Whilst we will be sad to see him go, it is testament to his commitment to the business that he has allowed ample time for us to appoint a successor and support us thereafter. The business is in great shape. We continue to trade in line with our expectations for the full year and to deliver significant strategic progress, including transitioning the operation of our Distribution Centre to DHL, going live with the first phases of our technology change programme, and executing our store expansion and new concept fit out programme. We look forward to updating further on our progress in our FY27 quarter two trading update in mid-October 2026."

----------

TT Electronics PLC - Surrey, England-based electronic connector manufacturing company - Brings Mary Waldner to its board from August 27. Since March 2016, she has been the chief financial officer of Lloyd's Register, a global professional services company specialising in engineering and technology for the maritime industry.
