Tate & Lyle PLC - London-based provider of ingredients to food and beverage producers - Non-Executive Director Claudia Vaz de Lestapis, together with Alexandre de Lestapis, sells 5,000 American depositary receipts at $19.80, worth $99,000, on Wednesday in the US. Each ADR represents four ordinary shares. The pair no longer have any ADRs or shares but intend to repurchase ADRs early in 2026, Tate & Lyle says.
