Unilever PLC - London-based consumer goods - Chief Executive Officer Fernando Fernandez sells 17,327 shares at average £52.50, worth £909,712, on February 12. The sale follows the vesting of the shares as part of Unilever’s performance share plan. Unilever says Fernandez retains a ‘material personal shareholding’ in the company that is ‘well above’ his minimum requirement, without specifying what this is.
