Valterra Platinum Ltd - Rosebank, Johannesburg-based company formerly called Anglo American Platinum Ltd - Appoints Deborah Gudgeon and Thoko Mokgosi-Mwantembe as independent non-executive directors, with immediate effect. Says these appointments ensure the appropriate balance of knowledge, skills, experience and diversity on the board. The board now comprises eleven non-executive directors and two executive directors.
