IN BRIEF: Victoria sees first-half earnings growth excluding Balta
Victoria PLC - Flooring manufacturer - Expects earnings for the first half of financial year 2027 to be slightly ahead of the previous year. Says organic revenue growth for the first half is expected at approximately 5%, or 7% excluding its rugs and carpet business Balta. Earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation excluding Balta are expected to be 45% higher than the second half of financial 2026, despite rising energy and raw material costs. Victoria explains Balta's Ebitda was £3.8 million lower year on year due to production relocation costs. Victoria says refinancing remains on track to complete around December 10, with more than 90% of senior secured noteholders supporting the transaction.
