Videndum PLC - Richmond, London-based provider of broadcasting hardware and software - Appoints Brian Morgan as chief financial officer from October 13, succeeding interim CFO Sean Glithero, who will step down on Morgan’s appointment but stay with the company until October 31 in order to hand over to Morgan, who served as CFO of Victoria PLC from August 2022 to July 2025. Victoria is a Worcester, England-based designer, manufacturer, and distributor of flooring products. Videndum Chair Stephen Harris says: ‘I am delighted to welcome Brian to the board as group chief financial officer. Brian’s financial and commercial expertise will be invaluable as we continue to negotiate a refinance of the business and work to drive the business forward. On behalf of the board I would like to thank Sean Glithero for his invaluable support over the last twelve months.’
