Volex PLC - Hampshire, England-based maker of power and data transmission products - Dave Webster, the newly installed non-executive chair of Volex, buys 39,321 shares at average 407.16 pence, worth £160,099, on Thursday last week. Webster had bought 113,096 shares, worth £461,816, earlier in the week and now has 152,417. He was brought in last month amid a leadership shake-up that saw Nat Rothschild move to chief executive from executive chair.
