Wellnex Life Ltd - Melbourne-based consumer healthcare company - Non-Executive Chair Ash Vesali is set to take up the role of interim executive chair for up to six months, effective immediately. Notes he will return to his role as non-executive chair following this period. Says the change allows Vesali to devote more time to accelerating the company’s ambition to fully capitalise on its potential. Adds that he will also be able to provide executive direction to the wider group.
