Convatec says CFO Ryder to depart, half-year results as expected

Convatec Group PLC on Wednesday announced that Chief Financial Officer Fiona Ryder plans to step down, and forecast half-year results in line with expectations.

Convatec also announced the appointment of former Haleon PLC CFO Tobias Hestler as a non-executive director, effective immediately.

The London-based medical products and technologies provider said Ryder will stand down once her successor is appointed. Convatec intends to conduct a "thorough recruitment process" with an update "in due course".

"Fiona has made a substantial contribution to Convatec since joining in January 2022 and played a pivotal role in the transformation of Convatec's Finance function," the company noted.

Meanwhile, Convatec said it anticipates results "in line with expectations" for the six months ended June 30.

It also expects to deliver "another year of double-digit adjusted EPS growth," organic revenue growth between 5% and 7%, and an over 23% adjusted operating margin for 2026.

Convatec shares were down 1.7% at 207.20 pence on Wednesday morning in London.
