General Counsel and Company Secretary Chris Birch sells 49,486 shares at 187p also on Friday for £92,539. And Chief Operating Officer Andrew Blackshaw sells 18,248 shares at 187p on Monday for £34,124. Late September, Harworth said the offer from Peel Pepper (UK) Ltd has become unconditional.
