Chereau retains 100,640 shares, a 0.3% stake.

SSE PLC - Perth, Scotland-based electricity generator - Stephen Wheeler, managing director of SSE Renewables, sells 4,000 shares at £24.79, worth £99,156, on Friday.

Diploma PLC - London-based supplier of specialised technical products and services - Non-Executive Director Mandy Gradden buys 1,000 shares at £71.83, worth £71,829, on Friday. The purchase is Gradden's only holding.

Fevara PLC - Carisle, England-based livestock nutrition products manufacturer formerly known as Carr's Group - Non-Executive Chair Tim Jones buys 40,000 shares at 138p, worth £55,200, on Friday. Jones bought 50,000 shares earlier last week.
