Frontier Developments PLC - Cambridge, England-based video game developer and publisher - President & Founder David Braben sells 143,070 shares at 378 pence and 390p, worth £546,805, on Monday and Tuesday, as part of Frontier’s share buyback programme. Frontier on Thursday says it has completed the buyback, first announced in February, repurchasing a total of 1.4 million shares at an average price of 372.51p, worth £5.3 million.

Digital 9 Infrastructure PLC - investment trust in managed wind-down - Investment manager InfraRed Capital Partners Ltd buys 2.9 million shares at average 4.90p, worth £141,781, on Monday. InfraRed now has 4.5 million shares, a 0.8% stake.

Wise PLC - London-based money transfer services provider - Head of Global Operations Rohan Basu sells 8,631 shares at £10.95, worth £94,467, on April 17.

Energean PLC - natural gas developer and producer with assets in Israel, Egypt, Italy, Croatia, Greece, and UK - Shlomi Levi, chief financial officer of Energean Israel, sells 9,541 shares at £8.50, worth £81,099, on Wednesday.

Roadside Real Estate PLC - Abingdon, England-based investor in roadside property such as petrol stations and convenience stores - Chief Executive Officer Charles Dickson buys 125,000 shares at 61.76p, worth £77,200, on Monday. Dickson is now interested in 52.8 million shares, a 29.6% stake. Dickson bought 410,000 shares on Wednesday last week.

CT Healthcare Trust PLC - investment trust managed by Columbia Threadneedle, focused on healthcare companies, and formerly known as Bellevue Healthcare - Director Sarah MacAulay buys 50,000 shares at 139.38p, worth £69,688, on Thursday. MacAulay now has 106,000 shares.
