A person associated with Chief Financial Officer Blathnaid Bergin sells 225,000 shares at £3.20, worth £719,123, on Tuesday.

Lloyds Banking Group PLC - Edinburgh-based lender - Andrew Walton, chief sustainability & corporate affairs officer, sells 597,196 shares at £0.88, worth £526,296, on Wednesday last week. Chirantan Barua, chief executive officer of Insurance, Pensions & Investments, sells 86,799 shares at the same price, worth £76,750, on Thursday.

Roquefort Therapeutics PLC - London-based biotech firm developing medicines in immunology and oncology sectors - Interim Managing Director Darrin Disley buys 5.0 million shares at 1.70 pence, worth £85,000, on Friday. Disley now has 7.0 million shares, a 4.5% stake.

Mitie Group PLC - London-based engineering, security, cleaning and hygiene services provider - Non-Executive Chair Christopher Rogers buys 50,000 shares at 151.16 pence, worth £75,580, on Thursday last week. Already reported, Chief Executive Officer Phil Bentley bought 195,000 shares on Thursday. Mitie had released its interim results earlier that day.
