Metlen Energy & Metals PLC - Athens-based aluminium producer and electricity generator - Melvet Investments Ltd, associated with Chair and Chief Executive Officer Evangelos Mytilineos buys 15,000 shares at €44.11 each, €661,616 in total last week Friday. Two days prior, Mytilineos himself bought 8,000 shares at €41.46 each, €331,650 in total, and in a separate transaction, bought 22,390 shares at €42.88 each, €960.074 in total. Last week Tuesday, Mytilineos bought 30,000 shares for €40.90 each, €1.2 million in total.

Hunting PLC - London-based supplier of equipment to the oil and gas industry - Non-Executive Director Catherine Krajicek buys 18,000 shares at 350.46 pence each on Tuesday, £63,083 in total. The shares represent Krajicek’s only stake in the company.

Lloyds Banking Group PLC - Edinburgh-based lender - Chief Sustainability Officer and Chief Corporate Affairs Officer Andrew Walton disposes of 122,495 shares at a price of £0.89 each, £108,776 in total. The sale occurred on Wednesday, Lloyds says.

Energean PLC - natural gas development and production with operations in Israel, Egypt, Italy, Croatia, Greece and the UK - Moran Erez, general counsel in Israel, sells a total of 17,000 shares at £9.82 each during transactions on Monday and Wednesday. The sales are worth £166,957 in total.

Smith & Nephew PLC - Watford, England-based medical device manufacturer - Kagama Family Investments LP, associated with Independent Non-Executive Director Garheng Kong, buys 3,000 American depositary shares at $33.98 each, $101,932 in total. The transaction occurred on Thursday. In addition, Chief Corporate Strategy & Development Officer Ajay Dhankhar buys 18,460 American depositary shares at $32.58 each, $601,412 in total. This transaction was also on Thursday. Each ADS represents two ordinary shares.
