DIRECTOR DEALINGS: Ocado director buys PS3.6 million worth of shares

The following is a round-up of share dealings by London-listed company directors and managers announced in the past several days and not separately reported by Alliance News:

Ocado Group PLC - Hatfield, Hertfordshire-based online grocer and warehouse technology provider - Non-Executive Director Jorn Rausing buys 1.8 million shares via Apple III Trust at £2.0, worth £3.6 million, on Friday last week.

International Paper Co - Memphis, Tennessee-based paper and packaging maker, including the former DS Smith - Non-Executive Director Anders Gustafsson buys 26,092 shares at $37.83 and $38.84, worth $1.0 million, on Wednesday and Thursday last week in New York.

Sintana Energy Inc - hydrocarbon exploration Namibia, Uruguay and Angola - Chief Executive Officer Robert Bose sells 1.7 million shares via Charlestown Energy Partners LLC at an average price of $0.39, worth $676,282, between March 6 and 12. Charlestown retains 22.9 million shares, a 4.5% stake. Bose also owns 1.4 million Sintana shares directly and a further 666,666 indirectly.

Capita PLC - London-based outsourcing and business services - CEO Adolfo Hernandez buys 34,540 shares at £2.79, worth £96,396, on Friday. Hernandez now has 663,879 shares, a 0.6% stake.
