Chief Financial Officer Hanno Damm sells 238,976 shares at £2.22, worth £530,374, on Tuesday last week, having purchased the shares in an exercise of equity warrants for £58,198.

Atalaya Mining Copper SA - owns and operates Proyecto Riotinto copper mine in southwest Spain - CFO Cesar Sanchez sells 100,000 shares at 542.0p, worth £542,000, on Monday last week.

International Paper Co - Memphis, Tennessee-based packaging maker - Joseph Saab, general counsel and corporate secretary, sells 9,000 shares at average $45.54, worth $409,815, on Tuesday last week in New York.

London Stock Exchange Group PLC - London-based exchange operator and data and index provider - CFO Michel-Alain Proch buys 4,676 shares at £82.74, worth £386,913, on Friday last week.

PureTech Health PLC - Boston, Massachusetts-based biotech and pharmaceutical firm - Four directors, including Interim Chief Executive Officer Robert Lyne and Interim Chair Sharon Barber-Lui, buy a total of 234,640 shares at average £1.24 per share, worth £290,954, on Monday and Tuesday.

Frontier Developments PLC - Cambridge, England-based video game developer and publisher - President & Founder David Braben sells 52,924 shares at 416.50 pence and 418.00p, worth £220,808, on Monday and Tuesday, as part of Frontier’s share buyback programme.

GetBusy PLC - Cambridge, England-based document management and productivity software provider - Non-Executive Director Clive Rabie buys 250,000 shares at 66.50p, worth £166,250, on Wednesday and Thursday last week. Chief Executive Daniel Rabie had bought 150,000 shares on Wednesday last week. Clive Rabie now has 9.5 million shares, a 18.7% stake, while Daniel Rabie has 2.6 million shares, a 5.0% stake, plus options for a further 6.0% stake.

SRT Marine Systems PLC - Somerset, England-based provider of maritime surveillance, monitoring, management and safety systems - Non-Executive Director Oliver Plunkett buys 170,000 shares at 78.76 pence, worth £133,892, on Friday and Monday. Plunkett is the CEO of Ocean Infinity Group Ltd, which has a 15.2% stake in SRT Marine. He now has a direct interest in 595,000 SRT Marine shares, in addition to the 38.1 million held by Ocean Infinity.

Tavistock Investments PLC - Ascot, England-based financial advice and investment management - Finance & Operations Director Johanna Rager buys 266,358 shares at 4.9p, worth £13,052, on Wednesday. Rager now has 4.2 million shares, a 1.0% stake. Last week, Tavistock said it swung to a pretax profit £6.7 million in the financial year that ended March 31 from a loss £1.3 million.
