DIRECTOR DEALINGS: Roadside Real Estate CEO buys after Hoch purchase
The following is a round-up of share dealings by London-listed company directors and managers announced so far in April and not separately reported by Alliance News:

Roadside Real Estate PLC - Abingdon, England-based investor in roadside property such as petrol stations and convenience stores - Chief Executive Officer Charles Dickson buys 410,000 shares at 60.15 pence, worth £246,615, on Wednesday last week. On Monday last week, Roadside Real Estate said it agreed to buy Hoch Group Ltd for £28.6 million. Hoch owns a portfolio of 12 petrol station forecourts and one standalone convenience store in Cumbria, north west England. The portfolio produced pretax profit of £1.8 million on revenue of £68.8 million in the financial year that ended in March last year and is expected to be immediately earnings accretive, Roadside said at the time. It will fund the acquisition with a new £25.0 million revolving credit facility from HSBC and a drawdown of its existing facility with Tarncourt.

FDM Group Holdings PLC - London-based IT-focused professional services provider - Logiealmond Estate Ltd, a company controlled by CEO Roderick Flavell and Chief Operating Officer Sheila Flavell, buys 285,175 shares at £1.06, worth £301,145, on Friday.

Churchill China PLC - Stoke-on-Trent, England-based ceramics maker - Sales & Marketing Director James Roper sells 30,000 shares at 344p, worth £103,200, on Friday. Roper retains 994,035 shares, a 0.0% stake.

Filtronic PLC - Sedgefield, England-based maker of advanced micro electronics - Chief Financial Officer Michael Tyerman sells 240,631 shares, about half is existing holding, for 205p, worth £493,294, on April 9. Tyerman retains 250,000 shares and also has options for 1.4 million shares. The same day, Non-Executive Director Peter Magowan sells 100,000 shares, also at 205p, worth £205,000. Magowan retains 650,000 shares, a 0.3% stake.

Legal & General Group PLC - London-based insurer and asset manager - Chief Risk Officer Chris Knight sells 200,000 shares at £2.55, worth £490,800, on April 1 and 82,612 shares at £2.61, worth £215,535, on April 9. Knight sold 100,000 shares in late March.
