BT Group PLC - Newbury, Berkshire-based telecommunications provider - Hayden Davies, associate of Chief People & Culture Officer Alison Wilcox, sells 150,000 shares at £2.17, worth £325,500, on Friday. Wilcox sold 127,395 shares earlier this month following the vesting of 129,582 shares under the BT restricted share plan.

YouGov PLC - London-based research and data analytics - Chief Executive Officer Stephan Shakespeare buys 86,715 shares at £3.46, worth £300,207, on Thursday. He now has 1.9 million shares, a 1.6% stake.

Weir Group PLC - Glasgow, Scotland-based engineering technology for mining and infrastructure - Andrew Neilson, president of Minerals division, sells 12,325 shares at £24.94, worth £307,355, on Thursday.

NatWest Group PLC - Edinburgh-based bank - Emma Crystal, CEO of Coutts & Wealth Management, sells 30,000 shares at £5.54, worth £166,260, on Tuesday.

Morgan Advanced Materials PLC - Windsor, England-based manufacturer of carbon and ceramic materials - John Righini, president of Technical Ceramics, sells 71,252 shares at £2.17, worth £154,261, on Tuesday.

Bloomsbury Publishing PLC - London-based book publisher - Chief Executive & Founder Nigel Newton buys 20,300 shares at 488.24p, worth £99,113, on Wednesday.
